NT2 Run Club

The Vientiane International Marathon 2026 is set to be one of Laos’ premier running events, bringing together local and international athletes for a memorable race through the heart of Vientiane.

Organized by EFG Laos, the marathon will showcase the capital’s iconic landmarks, including Patuxai Monument and the Mekong riverside, while promoting health, fitness, and community spirit. The event is expected to feature multiple race categories, including the full marathon (42 km), half marathon (21 km), 10 km, and 5 km distances, making it accessible to runners of all experience levels.

Held during the cool and dry season, the marathon offers ideal running conditions and an opportunity for participants to experience the unique culture and hospitality of Laos while challenging themselves in a world-class sporting event.
